Terms and Conditions

1. CANCELLATIONS
Strictly NO CANCELLATIONS after order confirmation. If you choose to cancel, a 50% cancellation fee will apply based on your total amount. However, if you’ve paid the down payment, no cancellation fee will be charged and your DP will be fully refunded.2. DEADLINE OF PAYMENTS
Payments must be made within 24 hours after order confimation, or within a maximum of 3 days if reserved. Unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled and considered forfeited. This is to help avoid joy reservers and allow us to release the reserved bracelet to others who are ready to purchase.3. PRE-ORDERS
Items marked as pre-order mean that a specific part (like the watch) is still on its way. We will still prepare your order in advance and complete it once the stock arrives.4. PRODUCTION TIME
All orders are processed in the order they are received. Please allow 5–7 business days for production (excluding weekends and holidays). Kindly note that production times may take longer during peak seasons or in case of restocking delays.5. SHIPMENT
Shipping only through direct J&T Express, Grab delivery, LBC Express, and Meet-ups. Additional ₱10 will be added if opted for J&T Express. Mai Charms Club will not be held liable nor issuing refunds when anything happens to the items caused by the courier.4. NO RUSH SHIPPING

The charms are made of stainless steel, which is generally skin-friendly, but everyone’s skin is different! If you’ve had reactions to metal jewelry before, we recommend checking what materials work best for you.Non-tarnish, non-fade?
The charms are made to last, but to keep them shiny and looking new, it's best to take them off before showering or exposing them to chemicals like soap, perfume, or lotion.How do I know my size?
Each link measures approximately 1 cm. Measure your wrist in cm and add 1–2 cm for a comfy fit.
Example: if your wrist is 15 cm, go for a 16 or 17 cm bracelet.How to wear them?
They are stretchable. Just gently stretch the bracelet charms and slide it over your hand.How much is the shipping fee?
Shipping fee depends on your location! Luzon areas are usually ₱100-150, while VisMin areas are ₱80-120. Also do note that there is an additional ₱10 fee when opting for J&T Express.How long till I receive my parcel?
Mai Charms Club is based in Davao, Philippines. Estimated time of arrival is 5-9 days. Mai Charms Club is not liable for any delays caused by external factors.
